Arsenal Women are set to make history as they debut the club’s first-ever bespoke women’s kit when they face Manchester United next week. The women’s team has taken the club’s passion for fashion to the next level by collaborating with renowned fashion designer Stella McCartney.
This limited-edition range features a bold, vibrant away kit with striking geometric patterns in bright pink and pastel blue. It marks the first time the women’s team will have distinct equipment from their male counterparts. The landmark kit will be worn when the Gunners face last year’s WSL runners-up, Manchester United, in an early clash of titans at Leigh Sports Village.
In addition to the match-day kit, the collection includes joggers, an oversized tee, and a full zip jacket adorned with neon pink and blue accents. Arsenal’s men’s side will also join by wearing the club’s gender-neutral jersey as a pre-match warm-up top.
Arsenal striker Alessia Russo, who recently joined the club, expressed her excitement about the collaboration with Stella McCartney, describing it as playful and bold. She emphasized that football has always been about having fun and getting creative, making this collection a perfect fit.
Arsenal, led by manager Jonas Eidevall, is gearing up for a strong season following a challenging campaign last year. The release of this groundbreaking kit adds a new dimension to the club’s style and identity, setting the stage for an exciting season in the Women’s Super League.
