    Hero Girls Camp is an international girls’ football camp for girls ages 10 to 18 years old, coached by elite football players. The camp will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from July 27th to August 10th, 2019.

    The training sessions will take place in a first-class sports venue, fully equipped and prepared to host official training. The training will be guided by some of the best elite professional players and experienced coaches. Organized in both Spanish and English, the players will be part of workshops, city sightseeing, and an amusement park visit.

    Besides that, the program includes accommodation in a double room with an en-suite bathroom and all the meals.

    Get ready to reach a new level and learn the methodology, habits, and all the aspects that guided some of the top football players to the best European football teams.

    Age level(s): 10 to 18 years old Training Information:

    Training schedule: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM – Wake up call 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM – Breakfast 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM – Training session 1 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM – Workshop 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM – Lunch and rest 2:15 PM – 4:00 PM – Training session 2 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Snack and rest 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM – Language classes (optional) 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM – 1-on-1 / Physical conditioning training for the ADVANCE and TOTAL programs 8:00 PM – 8:45 PM – Dinner 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Chaperoned on-campus or off-campus activities

    10:15 PM – Sleep
